Victoria Visuaization is Part of their Government 2.0 Planning
Australia continues to impress and the folks I have met from Victoria certainly give me every reason to believe that this will continue well into the future.
Craig Thomler covers the release of the Vic Government 2.0 Plan and rightfully characterizes it as a Best Practice for the rest of the world to take note of. I have the benefit of seeing plans from around the world in my current role and can say this one nails the principles dead on and is rightly oriented toward accomplishing sustainable reform in government ICT for Victoria.
Who has some other planning best practices out there to share?
